Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

Yes, if you need to change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed and shipped.

How do I care for my mirror?


To keep your mirror looking its best, we include a soft, lint-free cloth in the packaging. Gently wipe the glass with this cloth and a mild glass cleaner if needed.

For the frame, use a damp cloth to remove dust or smudges. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

A detailed care manual is included with your mirror to help you maintain it in pristine condition.

What should I do if the product arrives damaged?

We’re sorry for any inconvenience. If your mirror arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours at info@thevu.co.nz with details of the issue, along with images or a video. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
